As the Corona virus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact on the communities we serve, we have requested that our Inspectors consider enhanced safety measures while we serve you and your clients.
We want to ensure you that we will continue to serve you as you prepare and enact your own continuity plans. Our goal is to continue to provide for all your Home Inspection needs.
With the heightened focus on social distancing best practices, we believe our online scheduling and over the phone scheduling is the best way to make your appointments. We are also asking buyer’s to stay home and we will complete the home inspection then email you the report. We will do a follow up phone call to go over the full report. At the moment we do not see an impact to our team availability, however, this may change based circumstances beyond our control as well as local and federal guidelines or orders.
We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other local and federal health officials. We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and team members as this situation evolves.
